Field Operations Manager $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + 401(k) Match + ESOP + Full Benefits + Clear Progression to Executive Leadership Mount Vernon, NY (Commutable from: Bronx, Yonkers, New Rochelle, White Plains, Manhattan) Are you an experienced operations or project professional from a construction or engineering background looking to step into a senior leadership role with real progression to director level? The Role:
Lead and manage daily field operations, scheduling, and project delivery Overseeing a team with the opportunity to grow and develop the department Work closely with senior leadership to improve processes, compliance, and operational efficiency Receive structured training (including product, leadership, and commercial exposure) with a clear pathway to executive leadership
The Candidate:
Experience in Operations, Project Management, or Field Operations Background in Boilers, HVAC, or a related industry Proven leadership or team management experience
