The Role As one of our "Weekend Managers," you're the person responsible for setting and upholding standards. From the moment your shift starts to the moment the doors close, you set the tone. You'll oversee daily operations, lead your team with confidence, hold employees accountable, and make sure every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This isn't a "babysit the shift" role — this is "run the shift" energy. What You'll Do Lead and manage all weekend operations during your shift Friday - Sunday (40 hours) Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of employees to perform at their best Ensure all systems, processes, and company standards are executed consistently Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — resolving concerns quickly and professionally Handle open/close responsibilities, including cash handling, reporting, and facility security Identify issues before they become problems and make smart decisions on the fly Hold yourself and your team to a high standard — every single shift What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Manager, or Key Holder Background in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced industry A natural leader who commands respect without demanding it Strong communication skills — with both employees and customers Reliable, punctual, and accountable (weekends are yours — we need you there) Calm under pressure with solid problem-solving instincts Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight Why You'll Love It Consistent, predictable schedule Perfect for someone looking to do a 3-day work week Gain meaningful leadership experience in a growing organization Be part of a team that values your work and respects your time Ready to Lead?
