Overview:
As SKDLA continues to scale and optimize operations across multiple locations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounts & Operations Support Coordinator to support customer account coordination, operational workflows, billing support, and cross-functional communication across the organization. This role serves as a key operational liaison between customer-facing teams, laboratory operations, accounting, and leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicates professionally across departments, and brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to support both customer accounts and internal operational efficiency. The Accounts & Operations Support Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining workflow accuracy, supporting customer satisfaction, improving communication across teams, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly from case intake through invoicing and delivery.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Accounts & Customer Support Coordination Serve as a primary support partner for customer accounts, helping ensure timely communication and issue resolution. Assist with customer inquiries, account updates, case-related questions, and operational support requests. Partner closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Production teams to maintain a high level of customer experience. Help manage escalations, service concerns, and workflow disruptions while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Support customer onboarding activities, account maintenance, and operational documentation as needed. Operations & Workflow Support Support daily operational workflows by coordinating case tracking, documentation, and communication between teams. Monitor operational processes and assist in maintaining workflow visibility across departments and laboratory locations. Help identify workflow bottlenecks, communication gaps, or operational inefficiencies and escalate issues appropriately. Maintain organized and accurate records within internal laboratory systems and operational platforms. Assist leadership teams with operational reporting, coordination, and administrative support as needed. Billing, Invoicing & Administrative Support Support invoicing and billing coordination to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing. Collaborate closely with Accounting and Operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and account-related questions. Review supporting documentation and case information to ensure operational and billing accuracy. Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding account updates, invoicing requests, and workflow changes. Cross-Functional Communication & Leadership Support Serve as a communication liaison between laboratory operations, customer-facing teams, accounting, and leadership. Coordinate effectively across departments to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and operational continuity. Support internal process improvements and help drive accountability across workflows. Assist with special projects, operational initiatives, and departmental coordination efforts as the organization continues to grow. Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on service, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience in operations support, account coordination, customer support, administrative operations, or healthcare/laboratory operations preferred. Experience working within a dental laboratory, manufacturing, or healthcare-related environment strongly preferred. Familiarity with DDX, laboratory management systems, invoicing platforms, or operational software preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced operational environment. Comfortable handling customer communication, operational coordination, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously. The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $28-$32. Final compensation will be individually assessed and may differ based on a variety of factors such as your experience, qualifications, education, skill set, certifications, and other relevant considerations.
