Senior Living community north of Albany, New York near Saratoga Springs, seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead their community. This community addresses the enhanced needs of seniors requiring Assisted Living and Memory Care services. The provider is stable and has regional operations leaders to have your back in times of need. The property is well maintained, with a team that is eager for the mentoring and oversite of a confident ED. As a Executive Director here, you will manage all aspects of operations for your senior residents, as well as oversee and manage all of the multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will strike a balance between offering encouraging/ uplifting support, and holding the individuals on the team accountable for meeting standards required by the provider and the regulations from state and federal oversight. As ED here, you'll build relationships with senior residents and their loved ones. You'll be the face of the community to the public. Each day will bring something new and you will know at the end of the day that your work has made an impact.
