About the Role We're hiring an Operations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of operations, sales, and safety for our Akron team. This role is responsible for developing people, improving performance, and helping drive the continued growth and success of the operation. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, influence strategic decisions, and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing market. This role offers the opportunity to influence the direction of the business while helping develop future leaders within the organization.
