Tier One Property Services, LLC, is currently interviewing for a full time hourly janitorial Operations Manager position on 3rd shift, for the overnight cleaning team within a manufacturing environment in Anna, OH. This position will assist the overall Account Manager, having the responsibility for the training of new hire associates, ensuring our shift work is completed with quality in mind, auditing the work, and completing cleaning tasks nightly as well, on the 3rd shift, of this three shift per day operation. The successful candidate will be the go-to person and leader on the shift, taking ownership of the outcomes from the team, and will have a good understanding of customer service to our internal and external customer groups on the site. Prior leadership and janitorial experience is preferred. Will need to have great daily communication with the onsite Account Manager. Prior hard surface floor care experience would be a plus.
