This is a critical role to optimizing supply chain improvements and improving the cost of product sold. This role requires close collaboration with key Supply Chain functions such as Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, and Logistics. This position will directly advise the site Director and site leadership team on all programs related to continuous improvement and root cause problem solving. What you will do...

Lead & coach site OPEX teams to drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost. Lead Kaizen events to drive improvements and reduce losses.
