$100,000 - $110,000 per year (DOE) Job Summary Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a results-driven Field Manager in Columbus, OH. You will lead, coach, and evaluate our field technicians, supervise job site operations, and drive operational excellence in partnership with Trades Holding Company and Neighborly.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Hire, train, coach, and conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews with field technicians.
Field Operations:
Oversee job scheduling, technician assignments, and equipment/supply delivery.
Quality & Performance:
Visit job sites to evaluate work, enforce standards, and analyze performance reports.
Customer Focus:
Ensure high customer satisfaction aligning with Trades and Neighborly best practices.
Fleet & Logistics:
Coordinate vehicle maintenance/repairs and enforce scheduled van inventory appointments.
Collaboration:
Partner with Business Unit Managers and Dispatch to streamline field workflows. Qualifications 5+ years as a skilled trade laborer (Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Restoration). 5+ years in a lead or supervisory/managerial role. Strong proficiency in ServiceTitan software. Excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

$100,000 - $110,000/year (DOE)
