Job Description
Store Operations Managers are responsible for the cafe, working as a barista, the accountability of their team, and fulfillment of the company's purpose and mission. Ideal candidate will have management, culinary, and hospitality skills and experience, attention to detail, and be self-driven and self-managed.
Position is Full-time with total compensation package of $39,000 - $47,000 your first year. By year 3 you can expect $55,000 - $60,000 . You will not only positively impact your community on a daily basis through your work but also carry on the traditions that have earned our company various industry accolades including being named one of the 10 best coffeeshops in the US by USA today. Previous barista experience is not necessary. We are hiring for the locations listed below: 137 Walnut Ave NE, Canton, OH 44702 (Main Office) 5854 Fulton Dr NW, Canton, OH 44718 3452 Manchester Rd, Akron, OH 44319
