• Build and roll out standard operating procedures
• Manage the plant P&L, budgets and grain/ingredient procurement
• Drive process improvement and efficiency gains across the mill
• B.S. in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science preferred
• Must relocate within commuting distance of the plant; relocation assistance possible
• 3+ years in milling/food production with leadership experience preferred Compensation & benefits
• Base salary $113k
• 130k DOE
