The Maintenance Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance division, ensuring high standards of service, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily activities of maintenance, lawn application, and irrigation crews, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. Lead and manage snow operations during the winter months. Conduct routine quality inspections on client properties to maintain company standards. Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth. Utilize LMN software for scheduling, job tracking, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance division. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance operations or a related field. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both in the field and in the office. Experience with LMN or similar software is a plus, but not required. Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
