The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, driving business development initiatives while ensuring efficient project management. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement and the ability to manage profit and loss effectively. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Oversee sales initiatives, providing guidance and support to the sales team to achieve targets. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review. Experience Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity. Strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.
