And we rely on our District Managers to ensure our continued success. As a District Manager you will oversee operations of 4 to 7 restaurants. You'll be responsible for coordinating the activities and developing the professional abilities of the restaurant management staff. We'll rely on you to ensure that all business processes are enforced for financial controls, operations metrics and standards, policies and procedures, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. - 3 to 5 years - multi-unit restaurant management.
- Knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures.
- Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused.
- Flexibility to work, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation.
- Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening.
- HS diploma or GED & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
