Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily functions of our new delivery company. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, communicating with warehouse staff, helping interview new drivers and setting up schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Lead and supervise drivers and dispatch including hiring, training, employee orientation, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing team Implement operational policies and procedures related to sales management, shift management, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store safety compliance Conduct interviews for potential new hires; facilitate onboarding processes; develop training & development programs for staff growth Monitor performance metrics; analyze retail math data; develop strategies to improve overall performance Qualifications Excellent communication skills; Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead teams through training & development initiatives; manage shift schedules; implement operational improvements with confidence Join us as an Operations Manager where your leadership will shape the success of our store!
