POSITION SUMMARY
Carries ultimate responsibility for branch / center operations and front office administration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides a safe and healthy working environment as well as the tools and equipment necessary to service our customers. . Ensures customer service and satisfaction. Manages warehouse operation to maximize operational efficiency, safety and employee performance. Manages office staff to ensure efficiency and that the Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teammates are being met. Educates, trains, and develops employees. Manages and improves daily business processes (operationsadministrative) through analysis and collaboration. Represents the Company to the market area. Partners with support functions (IT, HR, Purchasing, Sales, Credit and Accounting) to achieve objectives and continuous improvement. Performs other duties as related or assigned. Good attendance is an essential function of this job.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in management or marketing with a minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution or manufacturing leadership. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Steel Service Center Industry preferred. Experience should include management and operations.

Strong organizational and communication (verbalwritten) skills Commitment to Customer Service and improving the quality of the sale to the customer Experience in developing budgets and business plans Excellent leadership, management, math and analytical skills
Excellent Computer Skills Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
