Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. This individual will oversee production, quality, and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production across molding and assembly
• Ensure production schedules and KPIs are met
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Maintain product quality and compliance
• Lead and develop production teams
• Manage inventory and supply chain coordination
• Control costs and improve profitability
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance Qualifications
• 3+ years in injection molding manufacturing
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of molding processes and materials
