Job Description

About the Role As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. What You'll Do Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback What Skills You Have Required Prior experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems Bachelor's or advanced degree Strong interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations Preferred Lean Techniques or Process/Continuous Improvement Methodologies Ability to build and maintain connections with a team to drive results Experience interpreting and managing data 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS, etc) 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience MBA or equivalent experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community
