About the Company We are a U.S. subsidiary of a Korea-based company supporting equipment installation, setup, technical service, and operational activities for customers in the United States. We are building our U.S. operation and are looking for a hands-on team member who can help establish a stable and efficient administrative foundation. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to support the setup and daily operation of our U.S. subsidiary. This role will work closely with our headquarters in Korea and coordinate with external service providers such as accounting firms, payroll providers, banks, insurance brokers, and office vendors. Bookkeeping and accounting functions will be outsourced, but the role will be responsible for internal coordination, document management, office administration, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a broad range of responsibilities in a growing business environment. Responsibilities Support initial office setup and ongoing administrative operations Coordinate with headquarters in Korea and external vendors and service providers Collect, organize, and maintain expense records, invoices, receipts, and payment support documents Assist with document submission to external accountants, payroll providers, and other partners Support employee onboarding, travel coordination, expense reporting, and general administrative tasks Maintain office supplies, service subscriptions, contracts, and internal business records Help schedule meetings, coordinate visits, and manage general office communication Provide operational and administrative support for engineers, assignees, and visiting personnel Assist in improving internal administrative processes and reporting routines Qualifications 3 or more years of experience in operations, administration, office management, business support, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic experience with expense tracking, document control, or finance support Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a small office, branch office, startup, or newly established entity Experience working with external accounting firms, payroll providers, insurance brokers, or other service vendors Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or B2B environments Ability to communicate in both English and Korean Immediate availability is a plus
