Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aggregate Quarry Weighmaster to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and plant personnel while ensuring accurate ticketing, inventory tracking, and shipment documentation in a fast-paced quarry environment. What You'll Be Doing Accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks and process shipping documentation. Coordinate with drivers, customers, and quarry personnel to support efficient material movement. Maintain accurate records of shipments, tickets, and inventory transactions. Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at the scale house. Support safe and compliant operations by following company policies and regulatory requirements. What Are We Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and business software applications. Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced operational setting. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Work Environment Primarily based in a scale house at an active aggregate quarry operation. Frequent interaction with truck drivers, customers, contractors, and site personnel. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving mobile equipment. Combination of administrative duties and operational support activities.
