Full Job Description Job Title:
High-Energy Salon & Spa Coordinator (Operations & Guest Experience) Are you the most organized person you know? Do you pride yourself on never being a minute late? Do you thrive when you stay busy and hate "just sitting around"? Our dynamic, full-service salon and spa is looking for a Beauty Care Coordinator who doesn't just "show up," but "shows out." We are a fast-paced, high-standard environment. We provide $16/hr plus a full benefits package (Health, 401K, PTO) because we expect a higher level of commitment and excellence from our team. Requirements:
Unshakeable Dependability:
You are the engine of the salon. We need someone who treats their schedule as a commitment. If you are consistently early and rarely miss a day, you will thrive here. A "Finish the List"
Work Ethic:
This is an active, high-motion role. You aren't just sitting behind a desk; you are the "Director of First Impressions," a bar service host, and the guardian of our spa's cleanliness. If you see something that needs doing, you do it without being asked.
Military-Grade Organization:
You will juggle appointments, phone lines, guest arrivals, and cleaning checklists simultaneously. You must be able to stay calm under pressure and keep the salon running like a Swiss watch.
What Your Day Looks Like:
This is not a sedentary desk job. You will be on your feet and moving for the majority of your shift.
The Conductor:
Managing a complex booking calendar and ensuring every guest is greeted and checked in within seconds of arrival.
The Ambassador:
Serving cocktails (21+) and maintaining a polished, professional atmosphere.
The Quality Controller:
Executing rigorous cleaning checklists. From the lobby to the treatment rooms, you ensure the environment is pristine at all times.
The Problem Solver:
Handling inquiries and logistics with grace, ensuring the service providers (stylists/therapists) can focus entirely on their craft because they trust you have the "front" handled.
Work Hours & Compensation:
Pay:
$16.00 per hour

Schedule:
We value consistency. Shifts include Saturdays and a rotating Monday schedule. You will also need to be available evenings. Please see salon hours below.
Salon Hours :
Tues-Thurs (10-8), Fri (10-7), Sat (9-5). We Want to
Hear From You If:
You have a proven track record of perfect or near-perfect attendance in previous roles. You are tech-savvy and can learn booking software quickly. You find satisfaction in a "job well done" and a clean workspace. You are professional, polished, and enjoy engaging with people.

From $16.00 per hour
