Rocky River, Ohio job type: Permanent salary: $162,000 - 173,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Define and execute business plans to achieve corporate KPIs, including targets for growth, profitability, and efficiency. Manage a technical service department of 8 direct reports, including both in-house and field service personnel across the US and Canada. Act as a key liaison between clients and the organization to resolve high-level service issues Compile and analyze product service data to provide feedback to manufacturing for equipment improvement and future product development. Implement and manage the calibration of testing equipment in accordance with

ISO 17025

standards. Develop continuous service training programs and foster a knowledge-sharing culture within the team. Participate in the implementation of global ERP service solutions and contribute to global best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum requirement of an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in service management and previous "hands-on" field service engineering. Excellent communication skills required strong technical knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (BAAN preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel occasionally within North American and overseas. Experience with
