The Manager of Business Operations:

• Can identify inefficiencies and instinctively wants to improve them

• Brings a collaborative, supportive approach while building influence What You'll Do You will partner closely with the Vice President of Operations and organizational leaders to support performance across departments and service lines. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will:
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Support leaders in addressing complex operational challenges
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, access, and patient experience
• Build tools, reports, and dashboards that support informed decision-making
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights—and help others apply those insights in their work
• Serve as a thought partner and resource to leaders across the organization What Makes This Role Unique This role provides:

• 2-5 years of experience in business, analytics, consulting, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• MBA or MHA
• Experience working on projects or solving operational challenges
