Key Responsibilities:

The Production Manager is accountable for production planning, staffing, scheduling, workflow, productivity, quality, delivery, labor utilization, and continuous improvement. The position partners closely with Site Leadership, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and other functional teams to ensure the operation meets business and customer objectives. This individual in this position is expected to lead through accountability, coaching, technical knowledge, sound business judgment, and strong communication while developing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of safety, quality, ownership, and continuous improvement. All roles at Signia are expected to support the company's operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization's business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
