Job Description

A1 Chimney is seeking an experienced, organized, and hands-on Repair Operations Manager to take full responsibility for managing our repair department. This position oversees the entire repair operation—from scheduling crews and subcontractors to hiring, materials, parts, quality control, and job completion. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all repair crews and daily operations
  • Manage all subcontractors and outside vendors
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new repair team members
  • Schedule repair jobs and assign the appropriate crews
  • Coordinate parts, materials, equipment, and special orders
  • Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available before scheduled jobs
  • Review upcoming projects and ensure crews are fully prepared
  • Monitor job progress from deposit through completion
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards
  • Perform quality control and address workmanship issues
  • Handle crew, subcontractor, scheduling, and project-related problems
  • Communicate with management regarding project status and operational issues
  • Maintain accountability, productivity, and professionalism across all repair teams What We're Looking For Previous experience required managing repair crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects in construction, masonry, chimney, roofing, home improvement, or field service operations is required.
We need a strong leader and problem solver who is comfortable managing multiple crews and projects at the same time. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, masonry, chimney, roofing, home improvement, or field service operations and understands how to manage both employees and subcontractors. You must be highly organized, dependable, comfortable making decisions, and able to take full ownership of the repair department. This is a management position for someone who knows how to build, organize, and run a successful field operation.
Pay:
From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
