Position Summary The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned site, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-managed environment for staff and individuals served. This role provides leadership, supervision, and coordination to ensure program goals, policies, and regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the site Supervise, train, and support site staff Ensure compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, and program standards Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and reports Address staffing needs, coverage, and performance concerns Foster positive communication with staff, leadership, and external partners Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served Respond to incidents and implement corrective actions as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Previous supervisory or management experience required Experience in human services, healthcare, or a related field preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions Must be able to pass background checks and meet agency/state requirements Physical & Work Requirements Ability to be on-site and actively engage with staff and operations Ability to handle occasional on-call responsibilities,
Pay:
$36,400.00 per year
