Waste Water Operations Manager Job Description The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations at Class 1 and Class 2 wastewater wells. This role involves supervising a team of seven employees and participating in lab testing to ensure optimal facility performance. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations at Class 1 and Class 2 wastewater wells. Supervise a team of seven employees to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct lab testing to monitor and maintain water quality standards. Coordinate with engineering teams to enhance operational processes. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in operations management. 4-6 years of experience in wastewater treatment. Experience in lab testing. Mechanical inclination. At least 1 year of technical school or college education. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in business development. Operational supervision skills. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr. The position starts at 100k and can go upwards of 120k, they offer full benefits, 401k, PTO is flexible, Paid holidays, annual bonuses. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Stroud,OK.
