Responsibilities Operate and fine-tune extrusion equipment to maintain optimal production flow. Conduct thorough quality assessments using precision instruments like micrometers to guarantee adherence to specifications. Accurately weigh, label, and record finished goods, preparing them for efficient packaging and shipment. Collaborate in machine setups and perform essential mechanical adjustments to minimize downtime. Uphold a pristine and safe workspace through consistent cleaning practices. Adhere to strict safety protocols, actively participate in training, and utilize necessary PPE to ensure a secure work environment. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations, including fractions and decimals. Ability to accurately interpret measurements from tape measures and weight scales. Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with precision measurement tools and hand metrology. Familiarity with machine setups for production runs. Prior experience as a material handler. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
