Job Description
Pane'N The Glass Window Cleaning | Bend, Oregon Pane'N The Glass is looking for a motivated, trustworthy leader to help run and grow our Bend location. This position starts as a hands-on field role working alongside one technician but is designed to grow into a full branch management position as the location expands. This is not simply a window cleaning job. We are looking for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and an opportunity to build something over time. The right person will become the local face of our company in Central Oregon and play a key role in our continued growth. Responsibilities Field Operations Complete window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other services alongside the field team. Prepare for each workday and ensure all equipment and materials are ready. Complete invoicing and collect payment from customers. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Customer Service & Communication Complete estimates for prospective customers. Assist with scheduling and customer follow up. Monitor the office phone and email during business hours when office staff are unavailable. Respond to urgent customer needs and field issues. Leadership Responsibilities Train and develop field employees. Maintain company quality and safety standards. Help recruit and onboard future employees as the branch grows. Represent the company professionally and maintain strong customer relationships. Administrative Responsibilities Deposit checks twice per week. Check the company P.O. Box twice per week. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs. Maintain inventory and supplies. The Ideal Candidate Highly trustworthy and dependable. Comfortable working independently and making decisions. Strong communicator who keeps leadership informed. Takes ownership of problems and finds solutions. Professional with customers and employees. Interested in growing into a long-term leadership role. Previous management, leadership, military, trades, or service industry experience is a plus. Growth Opportunity This position begins as a working lead completing field work alongside our team. As the Bend branch grows, the role is expected to transition into a true branch management position with increasing responsibility for employees, operations, and growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually help lead our Central Oregon operation.
