Team Environment:

Join a high-performing, supportive operations team. What You'll Do As an Operations Supervisor, you'll lead daily field operations and support the success of our hauling division.

You will:

Supervise and assign work crews for solid waste collection. Monitor daily progress and adjust staffing as needed. Conduct field audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met. Handle customer concerns and ensure service excellence. Lead performance reviews and support employee development. Develop short- and long-term operational goals. Oversee compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulations. Must be willing to occasionally commute to our sister site in Clackamas, OR. This position is safety-sensitive What You Bring Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics. Willingness and ability to relocate for future opportunities. Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
