Job Description

The Field Operations Support Specialist provides hands-on service and operational support across maintenance, housekeeping, supplies, and property readiness. This role serves as a critical execution arm for Field Operations, owning assigned service tickets from start to finish and ensuring timely resolution, clear documentation, and high-quality standards across the property portfolio. This position works extensively within our field operations software, is accountable for closing work orders with detailed notes, and partners cross-functionally with Property Managers, Onboarding, Revenue, Guest Services, and third-party vendors to keep homes guest-ready and operationally sound. Core Responsibilities Ticket & Work Order Execution Own assigned service tickets from dispatch through completion, ensuring: Timely resolution Accurate status updates Clear, detailed documentation in the field operations system Perform on-site troubleshooting, inspections, and follow-up to verify quality and closure Escalate issues appropriately and communicate progress to internal stakeholders Property Readiness & Field Support Conduct pre-arrival and routine property inspections to ensure homes meet brand and quality standards as assigned Support maintenance and housekeeping operations through: Punch list execution Light maintenance tasks Quality assurance checks Deliver and install supplies, amenities, linens, and equipment as needed Inventory & Logistics Track and manage field inventory (linens, amenities, supplies, equipment) as needed Support restocking, transfers, and organization of storage locations as needed Coordinate deliveries and returns with vendors and internal teams Cross-Functional Coordination Partner closely with: Logistics Coordinators and Logistics Managers on tickets and resolutions Property Managers on property needs and priorities Guest Services on in-stay issues requiring ticket resolution Onboarding on new home readiness Revenue and Marketing on photo readiness and listing standards Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure work orders are completed to standard and on time (in coordination with the assigned Property Manager) Documentation & Systems Maintain accurate records in field operations software, including: Work performed Photos and inspection results Inventory usage Vendor activity Follow established SLAs and escalation protocols General Support Support seasonal surges, emergency response, and special projects Provide cross-coverage across markets or teams as needed Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in field operations, maintenance, housekeeping, logistics, or hospitality preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities Comfortable working from mobile apps, ticketing systems, and property management software Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to documentation and follow-through Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field-based tasks Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call support as needed Professional, service-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams Workplace Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to work in properties requiring walking, climbing stairs, and physical assessment Ability to move freely and lift up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and ability to conduct in-market property visits regularly. Available for evening/weekend inspections, calls, or property emergencies Primarily market-based role with combination of office and field work
