Set the Standard. At Bigfoot Beverages, operations is where strategy becomes reality—and where performance is won or lost. As our Director of Operations , you're responsible for how the operation runs—how it performs, how it's staffed, and how it shows up every day. This role oversees warehouse and delivery operations across the Eugene market and plays a direct role in overall business performance. You'll spend your time where the work is happening—close to the team, close to the operation, and close to the details—leading leaders, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement across the business. What You'll Own Lead the Operations Team Lead and develop key leaders including the Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Night Manager, and Driver Manager Build a strong, accountable leadership team through coaching, performance management, and development Set clear expectations and drive consistency across warehouse and delivery teams Warehouse Operations & Inventory Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment Ensure accurate inventory management and product availability Identify and drive improvements in warehouse processes, efficiency, and consistency Partner with inventory and purchasing to align supply with demand Delivery & Transportation Oversee delivery operations to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time execution Monitor routing, scheduling, and route efficiency Track key performance metrics and hold teams accountable to results Support development of drivers and delivery leadership Cross-Functional Alignment Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure operations supports market execution Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and support teams to meet customer expectations Communicate clearly with senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities Financial & Operational Performance Own labor planning, operational budgets, and cost control Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation Safety & Compliance Lead a strong safety culture across warehouse and delivery teams Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards Support training, incident prevention, and accountability What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution operations Experience managing leaders (not just individual contributors) Strong operational and financial acumen—labor planning, budgets, and performance metrics Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action Clear, direct communication and the ability to influence across teams
Bonus Points If You Have:
