$80,000 annually + 10% cash bonus Waste Connections is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our EcoSort Material Recovery Facility in Eugene, OR. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take the next step in their operations career. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable operations by overseeing employees, equipment, and material flow while supporting continuous improvement and production goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise hourly employees across assigned shifts Monitor equipment performance, material flow, and production quality Enforce safety standards, conduct safety observations, and respond to incidents Manage staffing levels, break schedules, and employee rotation plans Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Communicate shift performance, safety issues, and operational challenges to management Support training, coaching, and development of team members Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, recycling, or a related field Prior supervisory or leadership experience Strong safety awareness and sound decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environmentPreferred:
