We are seeking an experienced highly accountable Operations Program Manager to lead the performance of a customer-facing operational program within a fast-paced semiconductor environment at our customers Oregon site. Serving as the primary operational point of contact between the customer, Retronix management, Program Leads and operational teams, the Program Manager will ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with established scope, key performance indicators (KPIs), safety & quality requirements and service standards. This position requires a highly visible and engaged leader who can effectively manage customer relationships and employees, deliver best-in-class operational & financial performance and react to changing priorities ensuring the operating system consistently delivers. This role would suit a proactive and commercially aware leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can balance customer expectations, employee leadership and operational performance in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities Customer & Operations Program Management Act as the primary operational contact for customers and key stakeholders, building and maintaining strong customer and internal relationships. Oversee day-to-day site operations and SOW delivery, establishing clear expectations and maintaining full transparency. Manage customer escalations promptly, proactively identifying risks and ensuring swift issue resolution. Lead regular customer and operational performance reviews. Understand customer requirements and identify growth opportunities. Drive customer satisfaction through responsive communication and consistent delivery. Operational Governance Manage SOW delivery, scope and contractual requirements. Monitor KPIs, service levels and overall program performance. Maintain effective operational governance and compliance ensuring disciplined execution of our daily operating system. Ensure quality standards and accurate documentation are updated and followed. Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and service delivery. Support wider operational and business improvement initiatives. Leadership & People Management Lead, motivate and develop operational teams. promoting a culture of accountability, safety, quality, professionalism and continuous improvement. Communicate priorities, expectations and performance standards including annual performance reviews and employee relations matters in accordance with company policies. Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with employees, providing coaching, performance feedback, development support and appropriate follow-up. Oversee personnel and workforce changes including scheduling, shift changes, pay amendments, headcount management and relevant employee lifecycle administration. Manage training, competencies and certification requirements. Maintain appropriate staffing levels against the customer approved headcount and customer needs. Financial & Administrative Management Manage program financial performance and billing accuracy. Review billing, attendance, timecards and supporting records. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and exceptions. Collaborate with internal teams on financial and contractual issues., escalating formal and informal scope changes and financial risks. Ensure accurate financial reporting and administration. Safety, Quality & Compliance Promote and maintain a safe working environment and reinforce compliance with customer and company safety requirements. Proactively identify and escalate equipment maintenance, housekeeping, workplace safety and other operational concerns. Ensure employees comply with established procedures, quality standards, customer requirements and applicable program policies. Maintain accurate program records and documentation to support operational, quality, training, financial and customer requirements.
