Field projects throughout Central Oregon. Shop located in Redmond, OR.Employment Type:
Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Field Foreman to lead structural steel erection and miscellaneous metals installation crews. This position directs daily field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and with exceptional quality. Key Responsibilities- Lead daily field operations and direct assigned crews.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA/company safety policies.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Coordinate deliveries, cranes, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor productivity and quality.
- Complete daily reports and communicate with Project Managers.
- Mentor apprentices and crew members.
- Represent Sunburst professionally with customers and GCs. Qualifications
- 5+ years of structural steel erection experience.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to read structural drawings.
- Knowledge of rigging, welding, bolting, and cranes.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights. Compensation & Benefits
