Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations. Experience in vendor management, partnerships, or commercial contract alignment.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Strategy, or a related operational field. 10 years of experience in program management, specifically within mission-critical operations, data centers, or similar 24x7 environments. Translate the needs of our front-line managers and regional leadership into clear, actionable frameworks that vendors use to build and train their teams. Lead the end-to-end process of formalizing partnerships. Partner with legal, finance, commercial, and contracting teams to drive RFPs and contract negotiations, ensure our external partnerships are tightly linked to our internal operational needs.
