Job Summary:
- This role is responsible for end-to-end operational leadership across manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, planning, logistics, and New Product Introduction (NPI) functions for the Wilsonville, Oregon (Portland) site.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- + Full ownership of site operational performance, including revenue execution, margin, cost control, and production throughput + Direct leadership of cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Facilities, and Production Planning + Lead enterprise-wide risk management and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles + Align production and build plans with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) demand forecasts and Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes + Responsible for oversight and coordination of the Wilsonville site, including Facilities Management, Safety & Security, and Facility Security Officer (FSO) functions, while serving as the Environmental, Health & Safety Officer (EHSO) and leading several critical Business Operations initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- + 10-15+ years of experience in operations leadership within manufacturing, defense, or aerospace environments + Proven experience leading multi-functional teams across operations + Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System (TPS) methodologies focused on waste reduction and efficiency improvement + Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), supply chain risk, and scaling production from development to full manufacturing + Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance, cost reduction, and process optimization initiatives Applicants must be either a U.
