Description:
You will be the Operations Program Execution Manager, leading the production operations Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for the multiple make-parts and assemblies at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Archbald, PA. Our team is responsible for driving the success of our production operations, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations professional to join our team. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Program Execution Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing program aspects (cost, schedule, quality) related to Production Operations/Manufacturing for the Archbald content. Leading and integrating all local production operations activities across the program portfolios by driving execution to existing commitments and integrating cross-functional bids and strategies for future opportunities. Coordinating with LM programs and sites receiving our make-parts to communicate delivery plans, recovery plans, risks and opportunities and integrating strategy. Leading a matrixed multi-faceted operations organization, including Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, PP&C, and Engineering & Technology. Serving as the primary point of contact for Archbald between production operations, the LM program team, and the end customer for the site performance. Ensuring cross-functional production resources (workforce, equipment, facility and tooling) are projected and in place to execute per the Internal Operation Plan and Long Range Plan. Leading a team of five to ten Production Program Leads reporting to you. Establishing and executing the Production Operations portions of the Program Excellence Plans. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical field Must be willing to travel as required Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills Thorough knowledge of cost, schedule, quality and safety in a production environment Knowledge of budgeting, manpower planning, production planning, tooling, and MRP Understanding of customer/supplier interface Experience with Project Management methodologies Cost Account Management (CAM) certification and/or cost analysis experience Experience with talent development and mentoring/teaching/coaching Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience with managing direct/capital budgets and various key operational metrics (such as Schedule to IOP, Material, Defect Rates, Yield, Efficiency, etc.) Must be able to obtain a
Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills:
Experience leading in a matrix organization Knowledge of Make/Buy process Green Belt certification with experience with Lean Six Sigma, kaizen, DPU, CA, DFA, DFM Experience with executive level communication and interfacing with USG organizations Familiarity/experience with Circuit Card Assembly, Cable and Harness Assembly and Integration and Test Experience with developing and presenting in production status and program management reviews Understanding of Proposals, BOEs, Estimating, RFPs and contract negotiation Master's degree in related field

Work Schedules:
