About Forward Pickleball Forward Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing indoor pickleball clubs in the region, and we're looking for a hospitality-minded leader to help oversee daily operations while creating an exceptional member experience. Working alongside the Club Manager, this individual will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day success of the club. This is more than an operations position—we're looking for someone who is passionate about growing memberships, increasing participation in leagues, clinics, and events, creating innovative programming, and helping drive the overall success of the club. The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, private clubs, event management, or a similar customer-focused environment and enjoys building relationships, leading a team, and creating memorable experiences for members and guests. This position includes evenings and weekend leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities Help oversee the daily operation of the club while delivering an exceptional member experience. Grow memberships through relationship building, community outreach, and outstanding customer service. Plan and execute leagues, tournaments, clinics, social events, and special programming. Develop new ideas that increase participation, member engagement, and club revenue. Build meaningful relationships with members and foster a fun, welcoming club culture. Support marketing efforts through social media, email, and in-club promotions. Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and day-to-day club operations. Qualifications Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, restaurant management, private clubs, event management, or a similar customer service-focused environment is strongly preferred. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships. Experience driving sales, memberships, programming, or customer engagement. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker who enjoys developing new ideas and solving problems. Passion for sports, recreation, or community-building is a plus.
