Job Description
Cambridge Village, a large personal care and memory care community in Beaver Falls, PA, is seeking a strong, hands-on leader to oversee daily community operations and strengthen the experience of our residents, families and employees. This is not primarily an administrative office position. We are looking for a visible leader who will be present throughout the community, build relationships with employees across every department and ensure that concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Maintain a strong daily presence throughout the community Build accountability and teamwork among care, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, activities and administrative staff Work closely with care leadership to ensure dependable staffing and high-quality resident care Serve as the primary point of contact for family questions, concerns and complaints Investigate concerns, communicate with families and ensure appropriate follow-through Hold department leaders accountable for performance and completion of responsibilities Improve communication between departments and shifts Monitor employee morale, professionalism and customer service Conduct regular leadership meetings and follow up on action items Support regulatory compliance, employee retention and overall community performance Report directly to the licensed Administrator and ownership Ideal Candidate Proven leadership experience in senior living, personal care, assisted living, skilled nursing, healthcare, hospitality or another people-intensive operation Strong experience managing department leaders and frontline employees Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Comfortable handling sensitive family and employee concerns Highly organized, accountable and willing to be visible on the floor Able to make decisions, solve problems and follow issues through to completion Senior living or healthcare operations experience strongly preferred Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator certification is preferred but not required Cambridge Village may provide administrator certification training for an exceptional candidate who meets Pennsylvania's eligibility requirements. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
