Role Overview:

As a Director Of Operations at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for overseeing critical areas of organizational operations to ensure our clients receive the utmost care and support. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to manage client intakes, oversee service evaluations, create care plans, and schedule and supervise care. This position which is based out of our Doylestown, Pennsylvania office where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client intakes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Oversee service evaluations to maintain the highest quality of care. Create comprehensive care plans tailored to clients' needs. Schedule and supervise care to maximize client satisfaction. Provide training and support to caregivers, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a penchant for compassion and empathy. Proven leadership experience in operations or a management role within the healthcare industry. Ability to create and implement effective care plans. Experience in scheduling and supervising personnel. Previous home care experience

Bonus If You:

Have experience with software tools for scheduling and care management (Wellsky & Google Suite) Possess a degree in healthcare administration or related field. Have a strong understanding of senior caregiving and home care best practices.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and is on-site only.
