Job Description
A progressive agricultural retailer is seeking an Agronomy Operations Manager to oversee dispatching, fertilizer operations, inventory coordination, equipment scheduling, and facility operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency during both seasonal peaks and day-to-day agronomy activities. Responsibilities Oversee daily agronomy operations and logistics Coordinate dispatching and application schedules Manage fertilizer and chemical inventory Supervise applicators, drivers, and operational staff Ensure operational safety and compliance Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility upkeep Work closely with agronomy sales and leadership teams Qualifications Ag retail or agronomy operations experience preferred Leadership experience strongly preferred Knowledge of fertilizer and chemical operations Strong organizational and communication skills Current CDL or applicator license is a plus but not required Please submit your resume to be considered.
