This position provides strategic and operational oversight for all business functions, including sales, rentals, service, and parts, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all company operations.
- Direct and support sales, rental, service, and parts departments to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve profitability, efficiency, and specifically customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements. Qualifications
- Experience with yard trucks/terminal tractors is a plus but not required.
- Strong background in business operations, sales management, and customer service.
- Proven ability to lead multiple departments and drive organizational performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in commercial truck, transportation, fleet, equipment, or dealership operations preferred.
Compensation Competitive salary of $150,000 plus commission and a competitive benefits package.
