Job Summary A growing traffic data collection firm is seeking an experienced, responsible, extremely organized, and driven professional to manage operations throughout Pennsylvania. We are a fast-paced company looking for a career-focused professional to become part of our motivated team. Industry experience is not required. Responsibilities Hiring, training, and employee management Field Manager supervision Scheduling Auditing field data submissions Addressing field related issues Maintaining communication between both field staff and office staff- Staff Forecasting Conducting Inventory (office and field) Contributing to field work as needed Payroll preparation, auditing, and submission Travel throughout the Northeast Project Management Other administrative duties as required. This is not an all-inclusive list. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager to actively determine goals and priorities throughout each season. There will be regular inter-departmental coordination to ensure that approved projects meet scheduled delivery dates. Any client driven communication will revolve around project updates, scheduling, and general expectations. Candidates should have strong supervisory skills along with the ability to work with various levels of personnel. We are rapidly expanding but not at the expense of our strong commitment to exceptional quality. Our fast-paced environment requires advanced organizational techniques as well as extreme attention to detail in order to successfully manage a multitude of ongoing projects. Candidates must be able to work independently. This role is a hybrid role in that it requires both office work and field work. Our team members take tremendous pride in their performance. Requirements Intermediate Microsoft Outlook email, calendar, and task reminder experience Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience Experience in customer service Supervisory experience managing teams of 5 or more Project Management Experience Bachelor's degree Open availability to include occasional weekends and evening shifts Ability to travel regularly up to 2 weeks at a time
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
