What Is the Operations Superintendent Role? As an Operations Superintendent, you'll lead large-scale production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. You'll manage 100+ team members (including supervisors), drive daily operational goals, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Maintenance, FSQA, R&D, and Planning. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading people, ensuring quality, and driving performance through continuous improvement and Lean principles. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop production teams to meet daily and long-term performance goals Drive operational efficiency and compliance (HACCP, SQF, USDA) Collaborate across departments to align on strategy and execution Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production challenges Create a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement What We Look For in Our Ideal Candidate ✔ 5-7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production ✔ Experience managing 100+ team members with proven people leadership skills ✔ Strong knowledge of compliance standards (HACCP, USDA, SQF, etc.) ✔ A sense of urgency, accountability, and a problem-solving mindset ✔ Ability to thrive in a cold, fast-paced, continuously evolving environment Why Express Interest Now?
