Job Description:

Company Overview:

Horsham Water & Sewer Authority is a municipal Authority whose mission is to provide the community with the highest standard of drinking & wastewater services. We strive to protect public health & the environment while also providing excellent service.

Job Description:

Oversee & manage the operations & maintenance of a sanitary sewer conveyance system & water production/distribution system with wells, tanks & interconnects. Requires being available 24/7 and working in inclement weather.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering, science, or business. Requires in depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic concepts & applications. Must possess (or ability to attain in 1 year) PADEP operator certifications commensurate with Authority systems. Manage 6-person full time staff & outside contractors to effectively operate & maintain all facilities. Willingness to lead a preexisting team and accommodate the current culture while also seeking to optimize, train, and take ownership of the department. Interact with customers, public, developers, professional staff & government agencies in a professional & problem-solving manner.
