Main Street Radon Remediation Main Street Radon Remediation is a newly established, growth-focused company dedicated to delivering high-quality radon mitigation services with professionalism, consistency, and integrity. Owner already owns 20+ employee HVAC and plumbing company. We are seeking a Senior, highly skilled Radon Operations Manager to help lead the company's growth while remaining actively involved in field operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who wants to help build a company the right way, with long-term stability, strong benefits, and a leadership voice from day one. Our objective to move away from the existing format of using realesate agents, and focus use of existing HVAC company to aquire leads as well as normal marketing and proven scaling the plumbing and HVAC industries have used for years.
