Job Summary To complete assigned operations and systems work, primarily involving the administration and use of the information technology systems. Support the Operations Department in the completion of its duties and in utilizing budgeted and allocated resources in an effective, efficient and professional manner. Duties and Responsibilities Provide support, administer, and audit daily work for the Operations group. Provide communications to customer, fielding customer complaints and responding to e-mails. Maintain, update, and process service and customer records and corrections using SAP, ESRI, MIRATA, ARCGISPRO, Documentum. Provide field record support. Provide clerical support for the input of purchase requisitios, check requests, daily crew activity roster, call-out database and special prokects. Provide administrative and backup support in all other areas of Operations. Perform daily time keeping data entry. Maintain timesheets for SOX requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working with and understanding UGI policies and procedures.
