This hands-on leadership role ensures that our automation systems meet operational, safety, and customer expectations across remote sites and regional location. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of automation technicians, assigning work and providing field support Coordinate rig-ups, rig-downs, and troubleshooting of sensors, electrical equipment, and telemetry systems Provide technical leadership on automation controls, data communications, and diagnostic processes Train and mentor technicians on procedures, safety, and equipment use Liaise with operations and customers to ensure expectations are met and documented Perform quality control checks on field installations and ensure compliance with SOPs Track equipment performance, maintenance needs, and field inventory Assist with scheduling and project planning across multiple job sites Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activity Requirements 3+ years of experience in oil & gas or industrial automation, including fieldwork Strong electrical, instrumentation, or controls background Working knowledge of sensors, telemetry, IP networking, and
