Join a Growing Healthcare Transportation Company Guardian Transport Solutions is a rapidly growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company serving Central Pennsylvania. We provide safe, reliable transportation for patients traveling to medical appointments, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. We are seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to become an integral member of our leadership team. This position combines dispatching, office administration, customer service, and bookkeeping support. As our company continues to grow, this role offers significant opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement. Responsibilities Operations & Dispatch
  • Coordinate daily transportation schedules
  • Communicate with drivers throughout the day
  • Handle schedule changes and urgent trip requests
  • Assist customers and healthcare facilities by phone
  • Monitor trip completion and service quality
  • Help maximize vehicle utilization and routing efficiency Office Administration
  • Prepare and submit transportation billing
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Process accounts payable and maintain vendor records
  • Organize driver qualification and compliance files
  • Maintain insurance and licensing documentation
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets
  • General office support Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, healthcare, transportation, or dispatch experience is helpful but not required
