Job Description

Tri County Transportation Inc. An operations supervisor is responsible for the management of workflow throughout the operations department by managing other members of the operations team. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board. Their main duties include helping manage daily operations, helping implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture.
Responsibility Profile :
Manage operations functions through members of the operations team, drivers, bus attendants, and other personnel as necessary. Assist the business and operations manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business . Maintain an updated client, customer, contractor, and supplier management system . Monitor expenses and budget in line with the finance and account ing department . Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance . Help with the onboarding process including screen and interviewing candidates . Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed . Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts . Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board . Perform other duties as assigned. ​ Qualifications One (1) year of supervisory experience.
